Order Cancellations or Changes
To better serve you, www.onestylingbeauty.com will process orders immediately after they are placed. Because the back-end system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is placed.

If you're not completely satisfied with a product for whatever reason, just return the product to us and receive a full refund. Here's how:
I. Time limit on returns:
Products must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date in order to receive a refund back to your card, or preferred payment method used on www.onestylingbeauty.com.
II. Payment credit:
• Once returned product is received, it will be refunded to the payment method used on www.onestylingbeauty.com.
• In case of damage from shipping, please contact the carrier.
III. Refunding shipping fee:
Original shipping charges paid at the time of your www.onestylingbeauty.com order are refunded only if the product is mis-shipped by ONE Styling.
IV. Return package shipping fee:
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, meaning we do not provide a return label for you.
V. Returns processing time:
• Please allow us up to 7 business days for processing your online order return after returned item is received.
• Credit will appear on your account within 7-10 days after we have processed your return. Credit will appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
VI. Coupon rewards certificates:
If a coupon is used to order an item, usually, we do not accept returns. However, an exchange is available for these types of situations.

Don’t worry, we will wrap it for you. We offer gift wrapping for your purchase; included is an optional personalized message with your order. That leaves one less thing for you to worry about.
To further provide you with a resounding shopping experience, our products are covered by 12-month limited warranty.
Our limited warranty covers any defects in design or material, under normal use during warranty period.
During the warranty period, Verge Styling will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves to be defective due to improper material or design, under normal use and maintenance.
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or design.
